To ensure a smooth experience, please have the following information ready:

• Accurate Hotel Details: Provide the full hotel name and your room number (Business hotels, Love hotels, or Ryokans).

• Check-in Time: Please coordinate your check-in time with your desired service start time.

• Visitor Policy: Ensure your hotel allows outside visitors (Delivery health services) to enter your room before booking.

Q2: Can I specify a certain area or hotel?

Yes, absolutely. As long as it is within our dispatch area, we can send a cast member to your preferred location or specific hotel. Please let us know your desired location at the time of booking.

Q3: What is the process from booking to the start of the service?

The general flow is as follows:

1. Provide Information: Share the hotel name and room number (if the room is not yet decided, the general area is fine for a start).

2. Specify Time: Tell us your check-in time or the time you wish the service to begin.

3. Confirm Fees: We will provide a total quote (Course Fee + Dispatch Travel Fee).

4. Booking Confirmed: Momozakura or our dispatch staff will arrange the best cast member for you.

5. Preparation: Please ensure you have secured the room and are inside at least 2 hours before the scheduled time (the same applies to residential bookings).

Q4: What if my hotel prohibits outside visitors?

Please check the hotel’s policy in advance. If the hotel strictly restricts outside visitors, you may need to move to a different hotel that allows the service. If you are unsure, please consult our staff for recommendations.

Q5: How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 1 to 2 hours in advance. However, for popular cast members or busy periods (such as weekend nights), we strongly suggest booking a day in advance.

Q6: How does the pricing work?

Please note that hotel fees and service fees are calculated separately:

• Hotel Fees: Room rates (Stay or Rest) are paid by the guest directly to the hotel.

• Service Fees: Starting from 30,000 JPY for 60 minutes (Rates vary based on duration).

• Dispatch Travel Fee: 3,000 JPY to 5,000 JPY (Depending on the distance).

Q7: Any tips for a successful booking?

• Pre-verification: Confirm that the hotel accepts delivery services.

• Accurate Updates: Share your room number with our staff as soon as you check in.

• Early Check-in: Securing your room early ensures that the cast member's arrival and the start of your session are seamless.
